• Mobile FIDO Security Control: Users can swiftly apply for this service through the app, which integrates mobile device biometrics for secure transaction verification, thereby enhancing financial security.
• Account Quick Check: Customers can conveniently view their account balance and access information about cross-transfer discounts without needing to log in.
• One-page Account Overview: The application categorizes account information—including New Taiwan Dollar, foreign exchange, and loan accounts—facilitating a comprehensive view of personal assets.
• Quick Transaction: Users can establish shortcut keys for frequently used services, allowing for expedited execution with a single click.
• Taiwan Pay: This feature offers a mobile payment service that can be accessed by applying for the non-contracted transfer service through online banking, eliminating the need for separate application settings.
• Voice Immediate Transfer: This innovative function utilizes semantic analysis technology to enable non-agreed transfer transactions through spoken instructions.

During the use of online activities, customer service communications, or when applying for additional services within the "Bank of Taiwan Mobile Banking" application, users may be required to provide personal information such as name, ID card number, address, email address, phone number, location data, or other pertinent details.
